What will you be doing?


The Director of Operations will be at the helm of a team of top IT engineers and executives in the MSP industry. You will be responsible for fine-tuning Velo’s service delivery processes helping us to build a disciplined, winner’s culture internally and a reputation for world-class service among our clientele, delivering service above and beyond expectations. As the Director of Operations, you will apply your analytical skills to our business and implement enhancements to help us hit our targets and win! Further, as one of the fastest-growing MSPs in the industry, you will evaluate our processes and adapt them for increased scalability. To do this, you will work alongside some of the best and brightest technologists in the industry to define, execute, and achieve our quarterly and annual goals. You will lead daily team huddles and weekly operations meetings to keep our team well-aligned. Contributing to quarterly strategic planning sessions, you will keep the executive team informed of our progress, where we are stuck, and where resources are required to achieve our goals. Further, you will work with our service delivery teams to ensure our goals and objectives are having the positive impact we are looking for on the front lines. This role is key in helping Velo unlock growth opportunities as we mature our service delivery and organizational process and tune them for scale.
