Office Concierge

Needed for Orchestration of World-Class Office Experience

Work Type: Full Time, In-Office, 6:30am - 3:30pm
Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 salary

What you’ll be doing

• Guest & Visitor Experience: Greeting and checking in guests, managing lobby presence, coordinating badges and access, ensuring meeting rooms are prepared and stocked, client-facing hospitality.

• Office Operations & Facilities: Vendor coordination, inventory management, restocking supplies, liaising with building management, maintaining common areas, ensuring the office is consistently visitor-ready.

• Employee Support & Daily Requests: Handling ad hoc employee requests, managing mail and packages, coordinating catering and supplies, booking meeting rooms, running errands, sourcing vendors or services

• Administration & Communication: Logging and tracking requests, documenting procedures and updating task lists, communicating proactively with staff on office matters, planning for upcoming events or visits
