The Service Coordinator will review our engineers' schedules, incoming client requests, and client-committed due dates in real-time to ensure the most appropriate and efficient utilization of resources. The coordinator will take inbound calls, providing our clients with a first interaction that serves to humanize their experience with technology. The coordinator will monitor dashboards, service-level agreements (SLAs), and key performance indicators (KPIs) in support of Velo's talented engineering team to best identify opportunities to exceed clients' expectations!
Velo will provide the Service Coordinator with detailed training, so you know exactly what process to follow, and what the "rules of the road" are on your path to success! All we need from you is your upbeat and optimistic attitude, organization and social skills, and your willingness to work hard for the success of our team.
The Service Coordinator will also assist in the coordination of internal events and communications, as well as in creating a hospitality-driven office environment. Required Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in operations coordination, IT operations, dispatch, office administration, service delivery coordination or management
- 2+ years of professional experience
- Fundamental understanding of service operations, field service, resource scheduling, and great communication skills!
